What dates are available? 

Please contact us via email if you have a specific date in mind or a particular season in mind.  We do encourage you to keep an open mind even if your dream date is unavailable. Our property is so unique to each season, and each brings its own beauty! 

is it possible to rent pebble creek farm for an entire weekend?

At certain points in the year, yes! We call it the Full Weekend Wedding - you can access the Farm for an entire weekend from Friday evening to Sunday morning for a stress-free setup, full day ceremony and reception, and relaxed teardown.


Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just drop in and browse? 

We kindly request that you schedule a tour.  We would love to show our beautiful space and talk wedding day details with you!


What is event insurance and why do I have to have it? 

This article does a great job of answering these questions.  Simply put, it protects your investment. We wouldn’t want anything to tarnish your special day.  After all, you have planned for months! Event insurance gives you peace of mind for relatively little cost in comparison to what you have invested in all your vendors. 


Where can I purchase event insurance? 

We have a link here that you can use to purchase event insurance or you are welcome to check with your local insurance agent, or your homeowner’s policy to see if it is included.  Regardless of the option you choose, just make sure that the requirements outlined in our contract are addressed when purchasing.

Pricing and Payment Details

 

what budget can we expect for a pebble creek farm wedding?

We’re happy to go over pricing on your tour. Or, you can see pricing here! We have had couples plan beautiful weddings with entire wedding budgets of all sizes and we are beyond thrilled to provide a venue that accommodates everyone at their own comfortable budget.

Do you require a down payment? 

Yes.  We require a $1,000 down payment.  This reserves the date you have chosen.

 

Are you able to set up a payment plan for us?

Absolutely!  We have two options for setting up payments.  We can do a monthly payment, or quarterly payments, for your convenience.  Let us know at the time of booking how you would like to set up payments.

Are there any other fees added on other than what is already listed? 

We believe in being as transparent as possible with all costs, as well as only charging you for what is used.  For that reason, we don’t include linens in the cost of the event rental. Some use our linen rental services, while others do not. Linens are available at all price points and depend heavily on each event’s budget.   Therefore you are only charged for what you use. Also, because we are an open vendor venue, we do require event insurance (around $200) that is not included in the rental cost and is obtained through an outside party. Other than tax, because it’s the law, those are the only two additional charges that would be added to your overall cost! 

What forms of payment does Pebble Creek Farm accept? 

We accept check, cash, credit/debit, e-check, and bank transfer. 

Is the price different if we only want to host the reception at Pebble Creek Farm?  

No, the price is the same whether you decide to do only the ceremony, only the reception, or both.

Planning Details

 

how many guests can i have at a pebble creek farm event?

Our capacity is 300 people. We have a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for all of your guests.

How far in advance do you need my guest count?  

We will require the guest count three weeks prior to your event.  

what is the pebble creek farm vendor policy?

Pebble Creek Farm is happy to have an open vendor policy. We do have a list of vendors that we recommend, but you are welcome to use vendors of your choice.

When can we do a rehearsal if we have a one-day rental?

Typically, the venue will be rented the day before your event.  Because of this, you will need to plan on doing your rehearsal off-site.  We welcome anyone who is involved in the day-of timeline, (DJs, officiant, pastors) to come for a visit if you need to finalize any plans.  A two-hour rehearsal during the week may be available for an additional fee.

 

We are planning to use a rental company. Can they drop off items or pick them up outside our contracted time?  

All deliveries and pickups need to be done within the allotted time.

Is there lodging nearby? 

Yes, we have several Bed and Breakfasts within a few miles of the venue.  We also have a home that is within walking distance for the couples or immediate family members of the bride or groom to rent.  Otherwise, there are hotels located in Farmington (10 miles) or Sainte Genevieve (15 miles).

Decorating Details

 

how much can we put our own personal touch on decorating the venue?

You are free to personalize as you wish! Our open vendor policy and classic white decor mean you can decorate as much or as little as you’d like, whether you are going the DIY route or working with a team of vendors.

Are candles allowed? 

Yes, but the flame must be enclosed completely in a candle holder or glass container of some sort.  Open flames are not permitted for safety purposes. 

Can we hang decorations? 

Yes, but we ask that you do not puncture the wood or cause any damage at all to the surfaces at Pebble Creek Farm.  We recommend the use of craft wire, 3M hooks, or velcro to prevent any damage.

How many tables and chairs do you have for use? 

We have 28 round tables that measure 5’.  We have 30 rectangular tables that measure 8’.  Even at capacity, you will need to use some of both types of table.  This table count also includes food tables for your caterer, gift tables, memory tables, desserts, etc.  We also have a round, custom farmhouse table for the cake if you wish to use. 300 white resin chairs are available for use.


How many people are seated at each table? 

We recommend seating eight people at the round tables and ten at the long tables.  This maximizes space, as well as guest comfort.  

Do you provide table linens, glassware, and flatware? 

We do not provide glassware or flatware, but many of our caterer recommendations provide this service.  We do have linens available in a variety of price points, but they are not included in the price.  


Are there any other furniture pieces included?  

We have two cooler stands that you can use for icing down drinks, water, appetizers, etc.  A stand alone bar on wheels is also available for your cocktail hour, event beverages, or both!

Day-Of Details

What if it rains on my wedding day? 

I wish we could turn the rain off, however that is one of the few things we cannot control.  We will hope and pray, much like you will, that rain is not forecasted for your beautiful day, but in the event of rain, we have a beautiful indoor backdrop that will leave you with breathtaking ceremony photos regardless of the weather!  Typically we would set up a few rows of chairs for reserved guests (parents, grandparents, etc.) while the remaining guests would be seated at their table for dinner. This creates more time for celebrating and less time flipping the room!

What time do I have access to the venue? 

Your hours of accessibility are listed in your contract.  Please plan accordingly and be efficient with the use of your time. 

Where can we take photos at pebble creek farm?

We have several photo locations including the main building, groom’s quarters, bridal suite, pebble creek waterfall and pond, outdoor patio spaces, the pasture, a cross, the floral arch, and the grounds. You can also access photo locations at our other venue, The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing so long as there are no scheduled events.

What cleaning is required at the conclusion of our event? 

We ask that you gather all your belongings from the bridal suite, groom’s quarters, and storage room.  All trash needs to be collected and disposed of to the trash cans. Pebble Creek Staff will take care of removing all trash, along with other cleaning.
